A non-refundable initiation fee must accompany all new Golf Membership applications.

NON-RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP
Primary Residence more than 100 miles from Fox Hollow Golf Club
All new non-resident applications must be accompanied by a $1500 non-refundable fee.

Maximum of 24 rounds of golf annually
Privileges
Tee time reservations up to fourteen (14) days in advance.
No fee for walking the course
Cart fee of $19.00 for 18 holes, $12.00 for 9 holes

Family $475
$4 per individual bag of practice balls.
*Family Membership includes spouse and children under 23, who live in your household.

Membership Benefits
Reciprocity
All members are welcome to play up to seven days per year at Crumpin-Fox Club in Bernardstown, MA and Fox Hopyard Golf Club in East Haddam, CT at 50% of the appropriate guest fee. Please contact the Fox Hollow Professional Staff to make arrangements.
Leave Of Absence
A member may apply to the club for a leave of absence due to health or temporary relocation. If approved, the leave will be effective for a maximum of two years. Inactive members will have no member-ship privileges during this leave of absence. Option for leave of absense is available one time only.
Assessments/Minimum Spending
Members will NOT be liable for operating deficits, capital improvements, special assessments or minimum spending.
Initiation Fees and Dues
Upon acceptance as a member of Fox Hollow Golf Club, the initiation fee plus dues for the appropriate billing period along with applicable taxes must be paid in full. Dues are billed semi-annually with payment due on April and October 1st.
Private Functions
The Clubhouse may be utilized on occasion for private functions provided they do not conflict with regular club activities. Such functions will be scheduled in advance with the food and beverage director and will be posted for the convenience of the general membership.
Locker Rooms
Lockers are available on an annual basis and may be reserved and paid through the golf shop. Security of the locker’s contents is the responsibility of the member. Towels are provided for locker room use only.

Policies for Children
Children who are included in a family membership are subject to the following guidelines:
• Play is upon professional staff approval
• Play is at non-peak times
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult on the course, practice area and the clubhouse
• Children 15-22 may play unaccompanied and may book starting times only with professional staff approval
