I am pleased to announce the following organizational changes to our Fox Golf division effective immediately.

A new position of Director of Properties and Construction has been created, and Richie Marcks will be assuming

this title. This will allow him to focus his responsibilities on oversight of golf course maintenance and

clubhouse operations. Additionally, he will be overseeing several major construction projects for Sandri's other

retail facilities and properties. Richie's degree of expertise in these areas is rare, and our goal is to ensure that we

are fully capitalizing on his talents.

Ron Beck will be promoted to Director of Golf. He will reamin the Head Golf Professional at Fox Hopyard and

take on the additional responsibilties of overseeing our pro shops, member relations, golf sales, and professional services

for all three courses. In his long tenure as a Sandri emplyee, Ron has spent time working at all three courses and

helped put Fox Golf on the map. He has proven his ability to enhance our client base, and built our reputation for

quality golf instruction through his status as an award-winning instructor with the PGA Golf Academy.

I am confident that these changes will ensure increased profitability for our golf division, as well as perpetuate our

reputation for world class golf. Thank you to Richie, Ron and all of our golf employees for your assistance in
